With over 40 years’ experience in our sales department, our clients will receive a professional, pro-active response to their clients aspirations, with advice for compliance to current legislation, best practice, and value engineering solutions.
Manufacture
Structural Stairways’ skilled production team, are experienced with all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and hold welding qualifications to BS EN 287.
We operate from our purpose built factory, with a manufacturing area of 10,000 square feet. With overhead crane facilities, and fully equipped with an extensive range of modern welding, sawing, shearing & punching, drilling and bending machines. All associated finishing equipment including grinding, linishing, and polishing tools, within a non-ferrous polishing shop.
Design and Technical
Structural Stairways have an experienced in-house design resource, utilizing combinations of the latest 2D & 3D CAD software, incorporating BIM capability. This gives us the ability to communicate and compliment the design development process with our clients design teams at all stages, and levels of technology. This enables us to provide a fully compliant, practical, functional, value engineered solution, whilst maintaining the original design intent.
Transport
Deliveries are carried out using our own transport, including Hiab facility, for safe and independent loading & off-loading. Our qualified drivers all hold CPC licences, along with CPCS training for Hiab usage. We also hold FORS accreditation.
