Dear Valued Customer,

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to develop daily, at Structural Stairways we are doing everything we can to ensure that we keep our people safe while continuing to deliver the high-quality service our customers expect.

Following recent advice from the U.K Government we have put in place measures to ensure that our business can continue to operate efficiently. Our staff are working with increased controls to ensure social distancing and hygiene controls are maintained.

We respectfully ask that any proposed visits to our premises are put on hold at this time, please contact the staff member you intended seeing via e-mail or phone.

Any delivery drivers reporting to our site are asked to remain in the vehicle at all times where possible, our goods in staff will be on hand to assist with any offloading, if you do need to leave the delivery vehicle for any reason please ensure you carry out good practice of hygiene control and distancing measures as advised by our goods in staff.

• We have ensured that our people have the equipment, technology and systems in place to allow them to work remotely and work effectively.

• We receive most of our communications electronically and recommend that you continue to use email to communicate with us via this method and that you scan in any documentation you need to share with us and attach electronically to the email. If you believe you have sent something to us in the post and we have not responded to it, please speak to your usual contact at Structural Stairways.

• As well as communications over e-mail any meetings can be held over the internet using the latest technologies, please speak to your usual contact for details.

For General Enquires – please call 01384 79256

We also understand that the evolving COVID-19 situation will present challenges to our clients and supply chain, we want to reassure you that we are with you, we are in this together and we are here to help you every step of the way. At present it would appear that some projects will inevitably be delayed due to extended lead times faced and some services becoming unavailable within our supply chain. We will endeavour to limit these delays where possible and will keep you updated.

This is obviously an evolving situation and any changes to these procedures will be communicated via e-mail.
In the meantime, we hope you and your colleagues remain well and stay safe.

Many thanks,

Geoff Willetts
